A Career in Recruitment is not for everyone.
Working in recruitment can be stressful, long hours and mentally draining.

Careers in recruitment can also be hugely enjoyable, rewarding, motivating and the best job in the world.
I began my career in recruitment in 1996 and have not looked back. There have been highs and lows but I can honestly say that I have loved (almost) every day of it. We are (hopefully) at the tail end of what has possibly been the worst recession in the last 70 years and, having consolidated and ensured our survival, we are now ready to grow again.
To do that we need the best recruitment consultants in the business. Any business is only as good as the staff it employs.
So our aim is simple: Get the right people on the bus, keep the wrong people off the bus and get the right people in the right seats.

The world of recruitment is very closely aligned to the general economy and, with the news, that we are finally out of recession this is turning out to be our best month in the last two years.
I think we are still a little way away from the champagne days of the early noughties but there is definitely a buzz around the office and this is certainly reflective of the wider economy.
