With 3 associated companies and a rapid growth in turnover and staff numbers, we are going to need the support of senior individuals to help us along our journey.
You may win lots of business in your large, cosy, corporate set up where you are backed by an established brand name and a marketing budget that equals the GDP of a small country, but how would you fare outside this? Is it you who makes the company tick or do you just report to the next guy who reports to the next guy and so on and so on?
You have possibly thought of running your own business over the years beforing realising that it's actually not that easy, this would provide a great halfway house. You will be given the autonomy and freedom to make decisions and make things happen.
The reporting structure is simple and when we want to make a change we can make it quickly. For the right person this is a fast-pass to the top of a vibrant, successful business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible for delivering the sales growth that has become the norm. That said we will always be there to help you so you get the best of both worlds.
