Operations Manager
Our two directors have been training recruitment consultants now for a combined 20 years. So we figure they know a thing or two about getting people up and running in recruitment.
Training will be a healthy mixture of on the job training and structured 1 to 1 courses with the Directors.
You will soon be given your own area to develop and trained in such diverse aspects as interviewing, marketing, advertising, client meetings, managing candidate expectations, accounts terminology etc.
We will question you and in turn expect you to question us and our methods. Sometimes fresh eyes come up with some cracking new ideas. (Hey, only sometimes!).
Graduates - though we accept all grades please note that first class communication skills are more important to us than a 1st class degree
