Office Resourcer
The typical profile of one of our resourcers is "someone who is able to be a recruiter or was a recruiter and no
longer wants to involve themselves in the client facing sales side".
Our resourcers work very closely with the recruiters and handle everything in their absence.
There duties include but are not limited to:
- Resourcing candidates via internal and external databases (Reed, Monster etc).
- Conduct telephone interviews to ascertain candidate suitability and get them "will dood".
- Obtain leads through talking to/interviewing candidates.
- Register candidates for consultants and get details for database entry.
- Write e-shot/mailshots for candidates to be marketed.
- Organise interview, both with client and internally with Accountancy Action consultants.
- Speak to candidates for interview feedback and relay to clients when necessary.
- Assisting in chasing leads generated from candidates/Internet/papers.
- Making sure database contacts are relevant and up to date.
Adhoc duties/Consultant cover:
- Liasing with clients/candidates during any part of the recruitment process.
- Flag "available" candidates for new jobs
- Conducting face to face candidate interviews.
- Writing job ads.
- Taking requirements from clients.
Although not fee-billing, our resourcers are recognized throughout the business to being the key cog in the recruitment wheel.
