Business Manager
For us a business maanger is someone who has a vast amount of epxeirence within the world of recruitment but for one
reason or another wants to follow a billing path rather than a staff management path. Accordingly it has no man
management responsibility and no responsibility for the office as a whole. We simply expect you to bill and lead by
example by developing and maintaining a number of key accounts within the office.
Whilst having no man management responsibility you will be expected to work closely with the office manager and
set a good example for the more junior consultants in the office.
